10月12日,工商銀行、農(nóng)業(yè)銀行、中國(guó)銀行、建設(shè)銀行、交通銀行、郵儲(chǔ)銀行等銀行相繼發(fā)布公告,公布存量個(gè)人住房貸款利率調(diào)整方案,上述銀行將于2024年10月25日起,對(duì)存量個(gè)人住房貸款利率進(jìn)行自動(dòng)調(diào)整,10月25日變更生效。

公告稱(chēng),將對(duì)同時(shí)符合以下條件的個(gè)人住房貸款,將實(shí)施存量房貸利率調(diào)整:

(一)已發(fā)放的用途為購(gòu)買(mǎi)住宅的商業(yè)性個(gè)人住房貸款,包括普通純商業(yè)性個(gè)人住房貸款、公積金組合貸款中的商業(yè)性個(gè)人住房貸款。

(二)執(zhí)行利率在LPR基礎(chǔ)上加點(diǎn)幅度高于-30BP的存量個(gè)人住房貸款(包括首套、二套及以上)。

具體調(diào)整規(guī)則上,(一)北京、上海、深圳等地區(qū)利率高于LPR-30BP的首套房貸和其他地區(qū)利率高于LPR-30BP的全部存量房貸統(tǒng)一調(diào)整至LPR-30BP。
