這種“產(chǎn)教脫節(jié)”現(xiàn)象導(dǎo)致學(xué)生入職后需“回爐重造”,企業(yè)也面臨技能人才短缺的窘境。

目前,一些職業(yè)學(xué)校未針對企業(yè)生產(chǎn)實際進行人才培養(yǎng),一些企業(yè)對職業(yè)學(xué)校支持的長效性、持續(xù)性也難以保證,校企合作停留在形式上。

他呼吁制定專門法規(guī),明確職業(yè)學(xué)校與企業(yè)及社會力量聯(lián)合辦學(xué)的形式與規(guī)范,解決學(xué)校與企業(yè)之間缺乏硬性制度化約束的問題;需制定和完善產(chǎn)教利益協(xié)調(diào)分配與補償機制,保障產(chǎn)教融合相關(guān)方利益。
